Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER 

  • Themed Cakes, Treats, and catering orders are to be placed at least a month in advanced.  Custom dishes or desserts orders are at least a 7 day notice.  Orders can be placed after the given parameters, but an additional fee will apply

  • Delivery and/or shipping fee will apply if needed which the client is responsible for. These specific services depend on the distance traveled and/or the weight of the items shipped.

  • Certain items may not be shipped due to the severity of possible damaged if shipped.

  • Months OctoberNovemberDecemberJanuaryFebruary, and March WE GUARANTEE THE PACKAGE OR DELIVERY (meaning if damaged due to weather condition, we will refund you for the damaged items or credit for next order)

  • Months of AprilMayJuneJulyAugust, and September order at your own risk (meaning if items are damaged due to extreme weather conditions…WE ARE NOT LIABLE and NO REFUND WILL BE EXCHANGED OR GIVEN)

  • Upon picking up an order or delivery you have within 1 hour to discuss any minor flaws caused for fixing if applicable. After 1 hour the client is responsible 

  • All deposits are non-refundable or if order is paid in full prior to event date

  • We only use FEDEX shipping and overnight only for orders including apples.  FEDEX or USPS are used for all other orders for shipment time left at the discretion of what the client pays for

  • If after we have shipped your package and FEDEX OR USPS has delayed shipment due to extreme weather conditions, natural disaster, or any other “Uncontrollable” event…We will not be liable for the delay!

  • ALL PACKAGES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNITURE FROM A PERSON 18 YEARS OR OLDER. PLEASE BE SURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY.

 

 

  1. All deposits and orders paid in full prior to event date are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE 50% deposit of the entire order including shipping or delivery if applicable must be paid to secure the specified date of service.  It is understood that the client’s deposit holds the date specified in the order and no other date.  If a change (within 7 days of event date) is needed a new deposit must be paid in order to secure a new date.  

  2. Remaining balance after the paid deposit on regular orders must be paid in full within 7 days prior to the date the order is needed.  Theme Cake and treat orders must be paid in full within 2 weeks prior to the date the order is specified for delivery, pick-up, or delivery.  It is understood that the client is responsible for paying the balance on or before the exact date specified on the order (no exceptions and a reminder will NOT be sent).  It is to the client’s knowledge and Shweets that if the balance isn’t paid the initial order will NOT be filled. 

  3. There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY (unless I agree that the fault is Shweets).

  4. It is understood by the client, if you give shweets creative freedom and the client is not satisfied with the end result…NO REFUND will be given.

  5. Shweets will only ship to the address given due to the prior paid calculation, no other address and signature is always required.

  6. The only person that Shweets will converse with for changes to an order will only be the person who contacted me to place the order and in charge of the payment.

  7. The price quoted for theme cakes and treats after consultation are valid for only 24 hours. 

  8. If client has a booked date already and a sale occurs, the sale price will NOT apply to already booked orders.

  9. There is a $50 and up rush fee for all custom orders depending on where and when the order is needed. Certain items are not applicable to rush fee, client will be notified if the order can be rushed or not.

PAYING A DEPOSIT MEANS YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
